In the dock: Bolton people recently dealt with by magistrates
People have been dealt with for a range of offences including motoring ones, assault and not paying a TV licence.
Guy Morrison attacked a man at Aldi in the town.
He was convicted of the offence, which took place in October, at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court.
The 33-year-old, from Drake Hall, Westhoughton, was placed on a community order to last for a year.
He was fined £50 and placed on a drug rehabilitation requirement for 12 months.
Bobby Kendall drove a Volkswagen Polo on Bury New Road, Whitefield, with no insurance.
The case against the 22-year-old, from Nandywell, Little Lever, was proved at Manchester and Salford Magistrates Court.
Kendall was fined £660 and given six points on his licence.
Victoria Catherall used a TV without a licence over 15 days in May this year.
The 31-year-old admitted the offence at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court.
Catherall, from Arnesby Grove, Bolton, was fined £293.
Alex Lythgoe attacked a woman and a police officer in October this year.
The 19-year-old admitted the two offences at Wigan and Leigh Magistrates Court.
Lythgoe, from Cheviot Close, Astley Bridge, was fined £220 and ordered to pay £50 in compensation to the police officer and £100 to the woman he attacked.
Nuno Nunes drove a Citroen on Bradshawgate in Bolton in May this year with no insurance.
The case against the 25-year-old was proven at Manchester and Salford Magistrates.
Nunes, from Bradshawgate, Bolton, was fined £440 and given six points on his licence.
